2 Years after selling out the original Q-Series watch, we’ve re-launched our most popular series in an upgraded design.  Re-introducing the Q-Series Version 2 here on Kickstarter!

On a quest to create the most original watches, we’ve experimented with many different ideas and prototypes before creating then Q1 series, with the world’s first spinning bullet hour hand!  

One of the most unique features of this watch is that the hour hand is a bullet crafted onto a transparent disc, as demonstrated below:

Build Quality

For the Q-series, like our more expensive models, we’ve used the top-grade materials to construct them.  The casing is made of surgical grade 316L stainless steel, and the dials are crafted out of high-quality, ammunition grade brass, and then circular brushed and coated by hand:

This will be the very last production of this variation of the “Q1” series- so grab one while you can!

Prototyping:

We tested many variations of the watch before creating a prototype that worked.  From this digital sketch, we had to create multiple variations of the spinning disc hands in order to have the right weight ratio, in order to ensure a smooth working production model.  We were fortunately able to keep the majority of the original design idea, as we gave birth to the “Q” series.  We originally planned on using Time Module (Seiko) for our movements, but decided to go with Ronda, a Swiss-based company to power our timepieces.

The model that you’ll be receiving is version 2 of the Q-Series, in which multiple improvements were made.  Some of these changes include:
